"See it...Touch it...Control it...that's cTouch"

Our cTouch Technology is an exciting breakthrough and a key enabler toward achieving our mission of simplifying mobile technology. The first critical element of cTouch is a new wireless communications technology that only operates over a few centimetres and uses about one one- thousandth of the power required by current NFC technology. The purpose of this proximity communications is to allow controllers and appliances to communicate with each other securely. No one else can hear what they say to each other. The second critical element is the ability of a controller and an appliance to introduce each other, then swap the information they need to understand each other. We believe this “see it...touch it...control it” action or cTouch for short, is just one of the ways we are changing mobile technology for the better. Here’s an example of how you would use it. Imagine that you have one of our Smart Remotes and you use it to control your TV. Then later on you buy the latest Blu-ray player that has our cTouch Technology built in. All you have to do to get it up and running is, connect it to the TV and turn it on, now briefly touch the Smart Remote near the x-logo on the Blu-ray player and that's it. You are now ready, as they say, to rock and roll. No computer is required, no Internet connection is required and no other setup is required. It really is that easy.
